Ana is a Romanian law qualified lawyer with more than 10 years of experience acquired mainly in corporate & commercial and real estate matters. Ana started her career at Firon Bar-Nir where she activated for more than 7 years.

She has assisted foreign investors from a wide range of industries, including gambling, hospitality industry, industrial manufacturing, residential and offices projects in completing all documents required for forming various business entities and provided further assistance with respect to corporate governance matters and day to day business administration, including during negotiation of services and lease agreements concluded for operation of such businesses.

Ana has also provided assistance in gaming industry, providing legal advice to operators on authorization, licensing, and compliance matters and on regulatory matters relating to planning and construction, licensing, operational and compliance matters for operators within hotel industry, including tourism classification and fire safety.

Ana is currently focusing her practice on corporate and real-estate matters and, more recently, on energy projects. She collaborated as a senior lawyer for 1 year and 4 months with Glodeanu Partners where she focused primarily on renewable energy projects.

She assist on all legal aspects of development projects, through all construction phases, from due diligence, site acquisition, obtaining authorizations, construction, compliance, sales and leases.
